Two new series of round Urethane vibration isolators from Stock Drive Products (An ISO 9001:2000 Manufacturer) are designed for use in severe environments where they may come in contact with oils, chemicals, ozone and/or ultraviolet light. These highly damped units, identified as the A10Z60 series, exhibit extremely low amplification at resonance and quickly return to system equilibrium after any shock or vibration input.

One series is designed for maximum compression loads of up to 45 lbs. and shear loads of up to 10 lbs. An additional series can handle compression loads of up to 50 lbs. and shear loads of up to 13 lbs. They feature threaded mounting studs on one or both sides which range in length from .200" to .625". Thread sizes range from #4-40 to 5/16-18. In addition, there is a model with internal threaded hole on one side. These units range from .280" to 1.000" in diameter and from .320" to .750" in length.

All units are made of Urethane, with a durometer of 24 or 52. Plated steel side plates and studs are bonded to the main isolator section. Operating temperature ranges to 105°F for peak performance and to 225°F maximum continuous use.
