A new series of 38 natural rubber rings and bushings introduced by Stock Drive Products are designed for noise suppression in typewriters, printers, copiers and other precision office or lab equipment. Additionally, they isolate striker bars and platens as well as printhead guide rails in high-speed printers; inertial dampers to lower access time for stepper motor applications plus their general use in protecting sensitive instrumentation from unpredictable vibration and shock.

Identified as the A10R 4- Finger-Flex series, they provide protection for loads ranging from 4 lbs. to 350 lbs. and exhibit various natural frequencies depending on the size and durometer hardness of the isolator. Hardness durometers range from 30 to 60. Five basic sizes are stocked. One has a 13/16" diameter with a 1/4" bore for loads up to 12 lbs. For loads up to 25 lbs., there are
1-11/64" diameter units with a 3/8" bore. For loads up to 37 lbs., there are 1-3/8" diameter units with a 3/8" bore. For loads up to 80 lbs., there are 1-29/32" diameter units which have a 9/16" bore. For heavier loads up to 350 lbs., there are 3" diameter units with a 5/8" bore. Prices start at just $2.72 each in single unit quantities.
