A new series of inch and metric Idler Rollers from Stock Drive Products (An ISO 9001:2000 Manufacturer) features multiple applications. These idler rollers, identified as the A 7Z8 -URBB, A 7Z 5-UR and
A 7ZB5-URG series, are dimensioned in inches and feature 60 durometer ground urethane roller surfaces. Series A 7Z 5-IR and A 7ZB5-IRG are likewise offered in 60 durometer Neoprene. Their O.D.’s range from .500” to 1.988”. Bore sizes range from .125 to .500” and face widths range from .125” to 1.000”. Series S7NPCY are high performance Idler Rollers with INTECH POWER-CORE cast Nylon 12 (PA12G) with machined outside diameters for high loading, with extremely low compression set and impervious to moisture.

The metric series, identified as A 7Z 8MURBB,
A 7Z 5MUR and A 7ZB5MURG have O.D.’s ranging from12 mm to 50 mm. Bore sizes range from 3 mm to 8 mm and face widths range from 6.35 mm to 25.4 mm.

Typical applications for these rollers include: paper transport drives, plotters, copiers, printers, ticket and money dispensing machines.
