A new series of 24-Volt DC anti-backlash brakes from Sterling Instrument (an ISO 9001:2000+AS9001B Manufacturer) feature zero drag when de-energized. These 7 flange-mounted brakes, identified as the S90BF9 [inch] [metric] Series, range in static torque ratings from 5 lb.in. to 125 lb.in. Nominal resistance ranges from 43 to 128 ohms. Maximum wattage ranges from 5 to 15. The bore size ranges from .250" to 750" and incorporates a keyway.
